Christmas Period Business Hours

The Softsource vBridge offices will be closed for statutory holidays (25th and 26th Dec, 1st and 2nd Jan), otherwise it will be business as normal, albeit with reduced office hours.

Christmas Period Standard Service Desk Hours

Normal Service Desk Hours 7:00am-7:00pm up to and including 22nd Dec.
Reduced Service Desk Hours 9:00am – 5:00pm 27th 29th Dec & 3rd - 5th Jan.
Standard Service Desk Hours resume 8th Jan.

Please note, after hours support fees may apply for customers without a 24/7 support agreement. Customers under a 24/7 support agreement will continue to receive support as per their service agreement using standard contact phone numbers.

Change Freeze


We appreciate the services that we provide are both critical in nature and in high demand leading up to Christmas and over the New Year. We want to ensure that they will continue to operate as expected, without interruption. That's why our change freeze will remain an important practice to protect our customer's critical systems and services, ensuring they remain highly stable at a time when there is generally reduced staff across not only our own business but also our suppliers and customers.

To minimise risk to customer services, Softsource vBridge will not be making any changes to our core infrastructure during the freeze period. We will continue to provide customer services which pose no risk to existing capacity until 24th December.

Change Freeze window:

Begins:    Sunday 17th December at 18:00
Ends:       Sunday 14th January at 18:00

During this time, we will only be focused on fault resolution & break-fix activities, no new service activities or changes will be progressed. The only exception will be cybersecurity vulnerabilities that are critical in nature and require immediate resolution.

If you are planning any changes to live services during this period or have any questions, please contact the service desk via the normal channels. We would like to discuss your requirement as early as possible so that the change and risk can be assessed and planned accordingly.
