A Strategic Double - building our services from Device to Edge

 

One year on from November 2025 and the acquisition of The Laptop Company, we are announcing the integration of Network Edge into our organisational structure. It's another significant step forward in our commitment to delivering comprehensive, innovative technology solutions for New Zealand businesses.

Organisational Structure

With this integration, Softsource expands its capabilities by establishing Network Edge as a dedicated unit within our group. Network Edge will operate alongside our existing teams, bringing deep expertise in network infrastructure, cybersecurity, cloud services and managed IT. The new unit will be led by a team of experienced professionals from Network Edge, working in close collaboration with Softsource’s leadership and technical specialists.

This structure ensures that our clients benefit from seamless access to both Softsource’s broad IT solutions and Network Edge’s specialist services, supported by unified account management, service delivery and technical support.
