Meet at the Meridian Marquee at 11.30am
Smart casual is the tone of the day -wWe have a sheltered area to relax in, however the side of the racecourse is unprotected from the elements so hats are a good call, as are comfortable shoes.
There will be fresh crayfish and whitebait on the menu, alongside a range of incredible food the team will be serving up throughout the day. A full range of alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks will keep you refreshed and relaxed.
Our private area in the Meridian Marquee is right beside the Tote, so you’ll have easy access to play bets. Live music with a fantastic a new covers singer will keep you moving.
For the seafood lovers, we will be raffling off fresh Whitebait and Crayfish so bring some cash to join in! All proceeds go to Cholmondeley Children’s Centre, so it's a great cause to support.
We have secured a private area in the Meridian Marquee for this fully hosted event. Food and Beverages will be supplied throughout the day with a great time to be had by all.
Please advise any dietary requirements for all attendees, and whether you will require transport to and from the races.
We will be in touch to confirm all details and your place.
